pineapple_article

Ananas Comosus was first planted in Philipines back in 19th century and up till today, Philipines has the most widely pineapple plantation in South East Asia. Pineapple is eaten fresh or canned and is available as a juice or in juice combinations. While sweet, it is known for its high acid content. It is a good source of manganese, as well as containing significant amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin B1.
