1.How to check my payment status?

2.Can I pay using credit card?
Yes. Kindly use MBG online shopping service in order for you to pay using credit card.

3.When will you deliver the order?
Upon payment made.

4. What time will be the delivery arrive?
Between 10am-6pm (Kindly advice if you need specific time)

5. When should I order?
Kindly order one working day earlier in order for MBG to ensure the stock availabilty and coordinate on the delivery.

6. What days of the week do MBG deliver?
Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday, Saturday & Sunday)

7.Why are there no deliveries on weekend and holiday?
At this moment, MBG do not have enough manpower to cater that needs. However, in near future, once if the delivery is ready to serve you even on weekends and public holiday, we will publish the notification in the website.

8. How is the fruit packaged?
Your normal order will be sent to you with carefully packaged in order to maximize the freshness and its quality.
Fruit basket or Fruit giftbox will be packed nicely as per hamper gift.

9. What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
If delivery to Office address, we will pass to someone there to acknowledge the receipt.
If delivery to house address, we will call or email to check what is the available time to send the delivery.

10.How can I order if I don't have internet access?

11. Can I go to the nearest outlet to order or make payment?
Yes, you can.

12. What will affect the fruit delivery time?
The fruit delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Processing time means the time MBG handles the order internally. Delivery time is determined by the destination where the order is shipped to, which is the main element that affects delivery time. Maximum 2 working day upon confirmation of purchase order.

13. How long my quotation valid?
The quotation only valid for 7 days. Please get us to requote after the quotation expired.

14. Can I cancel my order and get refunds?
(i) If the order payment status is “Unpaid”, you can delete it directly.
(ii) If the order has been paid and the shipment status is "Unshipped", you can contact us to cancel the order and get refund.
(iii) If the order has been paid and the shipment status is “packing” or "shipped", we are unable to cancel or modify the order any more.

15. How do I made payment.
(i) Online Payment
For all online purchase, you can direct using i-Pay88 for payment. This is the most secure payment gateway in Malaysia which it accept all credit card, Maybank2u, RHB Online Transfer and etc. For more information, please visit i-Pay88 website.

(ii) We accept Cash On Delivery after verification from our customer service department.

16. Fruit Delivery Service Terms and Conditions
a) Supply of fruits are dependent on available size and seasonal and will be replaced with available fruits without any prior notification.
b) Below is the official fruit delivery zone segregated by postal code.

RM 30               41,43,62,63
**Free delivery charges for weekly order basic above RM 100.00/Trip/ Location**

Fruit Delivery with Minimum order of RM 60, Corporate / Govt. Minimum order of RM 100

c) All redirected orders will be have a surcharge of RM30.00
d) Please check the quality of your ordering upon receiving. If NOT ACCEPTABLE kindly please return immediately to our driver.
e) Any cancellation of order in within 48 hours or less prior to delivery will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee.
f) Any special requirement must be indicated clearly at our Order Form.
g) Any order after 4.00pm will be carry forward to the following day.
