MBG's supervisor team building part 2 is backed. This round, it took place at Nilai Spring Resort. The team building was 2 days events, from 14-15 Jan 2012. The theme for this round team building was "Transformation started from me", which the objective to bring the NEW MBG message to the outlets staffs so they can perform better to serve all MBG's customers.
The team building was lead by Harvard Choo, our HR consultant.
The session started with a simple interaction section, each of the staffs were given some questions and request to get the answers from others.
The staffs also break into few groups for the rest of the activities.
Dancing session to cheer everybody up and ensure them feel more energy.
Each group was requested to form a signature dance.
The judges would gave marks for the signature dance performance.
Everybody seem enjoy on the dancing.
Discussion among the group about the strategy.
During the break session, the staffs were hanging out at the garden inside Nilai Spring Resort.
The team building was a fun section which you could feel it from their smiley face.
Moments that closing your eye and thinking how you were going to start the transformation.
A group sharing session, which everybody sit in a circle to sharing their ideas.
Certification presentation ended the 2 days team building, Miss Lim (HR Manager) was giving the certification to Hamzan.
John Loh received the certification from Miss Lim.
Finally the group photograph ended the 2 days 1 night session.
