16-June-2011, in conjunction of 1 MALAYSIA MEGA SALE CARNIVAL (1MMSC) 2011, Tourism Malaysia organized a familiarization tour for a group of foreign media to visit Sunway Pyramid mall.
This is in line with their goal to promote Malaysia as a shopping heaven. To make this familiarization tour more exciting, Sunway Pyramid organized a treasure hunt around the mall, where the media will get to experience what our mall and business partners would have to offer. MBG Fruitshop was sponsoring this treasure hunt and act as a pit stop for the participants.
MBG Fruitshop's Sunway Pyramid outlet was the pit stop for the treasure hunt. The quest MBG Fruitshop given to the participants was guessing the ingredient for the popular MBG Mix & Match fruit juice. Our staff started to prepare the juice from 11am which the treasure hunt would take place at 12PM.
Below was the juice for all our guest to guess, basically it combines from tomato, carrot and apple. This juice can improve skin complexion.

Further more MBG team also prepared a fruit basket for the participant to pick their answer here.
There were about 30-40 pax of foreign media. The media will be divided into groups of 5 where clues would be given to visit participating outlets along our 4 unique precincts.
Around 12:10pm, the first group came, we explained the quest to them and then served the juice for them to guess the ingredients. Actually the tips can be found at our fruit juice menu in front of the juice counter.
After tasted the fruit juice, the media started to guess the anwser.
After few attempts the first group finally got the right answer, they really happy about it and a clue was given for them to proceed to the next station.

This was the last group attended our pit stop, there are from Arabic country, they liked our juice very much.
After two attempts, they managed to get the answer correctly, the clue was given to them which can lead them to the next pit stop.
The last group left MBG pit stop at 12:45PM, that's ended the fun session and we hope through such meaningful event, together with the authority partner, MBG Fruitshop can contribute a part to promote Malaysia.
