Kuala Lumpur, March 13, 2013 – Food matters! Generally, we know what to eat, but not many are aware the way we prepare foods are key to harvesting their nutritional benefits to stay nourished and healthy.
In the 2008’s documentary film ‘Food Matters’, Swiss doctor Paul Kouchakoff, who discovered in the 1930s that if you ate a diet which was more than 51% cooked food, your body would react to the food as if it was being invaded by a foreign organism.
